I connect people with solutions through proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. My career has been built on sales and business acumen, with an emphasis on negotiation and long-term client relationships.
In my current role at a mediation and conciliation chamber in Brazil, I manage a blend of case and client feedback while driving client acquisition. I identify potential clients who could benefit from mediation and conciliation services and reach out to businesses and individuals, building trust by demonstrating clear value.
Before this, I developed sales discipline through high-volume cold calling and pricing conversations. At CCMA MG BRASIL, Rubico Team, and GF Participações, I consistently performed cold calls to potential clients, negotiated price and terms, and maintained relationships while searching for new prospects—100 calls per day and, in some roles, 50–100 per day.
I also bring legal support experience from MRV Engenharia e Participações SA, where I supported in-house and external attorneys by facilitating agreements and gathering documentation for legal defense.
