My journey began as a Junior Customer Service Representative, where I honed my skills in customer support and sales routines. As I progressed in my career, I took on the role of Inside Sales Intern, where I was responsible for prospecting qualified leads and managing the sales funnel using CRM tools like Pipedrive. My ability to collaborate with marketing teams to identify lead generation opportunities has been instrumental in improving sales processes. Currently, I work as an SDR and LDR at CR2 Transparência Pública, where I focus on SaaS sales and developing follow-up strategies for lead nurturing.
