What I'm looking for

I'm looking to join an organization invested in growing its product, people, mission, and cultural impact, where I can improve operational excellence, employee experience, and departmental performance through modern People Operations practices.

I'm leading HR Operations at Entrupy, where I manage offer administration, contingent workforce programs, leave administration, onboarding reporting, and employee experience events across the U.S. I also guide HR operational work while owning key strategic initiatives.

Previously, I supported global employee lifecycle operations for teams across the U.S., Brazil, India, and Japan at Entrupy and built People Operations infrastructure at Illumio. I've led onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data integrity, policy updates, performance cycles, payroll partnerships, immigration processes, HR systems implementations, and cross-functional reporting across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and InfoSec.
