At recent roles, I owned end-to-end HRIS implementations, configured integrations with payroll and benefits platforms, and managed multi-entity payroll while partnering with Finance and Talent Acquisition to streamline operations. I reduced time-to-hire, supported large-scale hiring efforts during rapid growth, and drove engagement and retention initiatives.
