At Beltmann Integrated Logistics, I develop healthcare business with health systems, hospitals, equipment planners, architects, consultants, and capital-project stakeholders nationwide. I present logistics, warehousing, transportation management, equipment deployment, transition, activation, and asset-management solutions.

I manage prospecting, qualification, discovery meetings, presentations, follow-up, pipeline development, and account growth using CRM and project-intelligence tools. I also coordinate with operations, estimating, project management, and leadership to shape client-specific solutions from sales through execution.

I co-founded Steak Stop with a $15,000 initial investment and generated more than $1.2M in gross sales during the first fiscal year. Over three years, I helped grow the business to multiple sales teams across the United States, approximately 15 employees, and more than $5M in gross sales.

I've recruited, trained, and managed sales teams while overseeing sales strategy, route scheduling, and direct-to-consumer execution. My background also includes promotional marketing, relationship building, and healthcare operations.
