What I'm looking for

I seek a managerial role where I can apply operational leadership, sales and marketing experience, and community outreach to drive growth, team development, and improved program performance.

I am a results-driven manager with over 10 years of leadership experience across emergency services and healthcare operations, skilled at improving profit margins, compliance, and employee engagement. I combine hands-on operational management with strategic marketing and public relations to grow programs and services.

In my current role as a Base Educator and Flight Paramedic, I developed education standards, led employee compliance efforts, reduced equipment costs, and created community engagement campaigns including social media advertising, promotional videos, and public speaking events. Previously, as a Station Manager and as a Sergeant/Squad Leader in the US Army, I managed day-to-day operations, staffing, hiring, regulatory compliance, and public outreach.

I hold a Master’s in Public Administration (3.9 GPA) and a Bachelor’s in EMS Administration, and I bring disciplined leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills. I am motivated to leverage my operational and marketing expertise to drive growth and engagement in a dynamic organization.
