Owned the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to quoting and account expansion, transitioning to fully remote work in March 2020. First to hit monthly and aggregate branch sales targets, closing ~2,000 deals and maintaining a 33% quote-to-acceptance conversion rate while acquiring the two largest clients via cold email outreach.

Entered as an Operations Administrator and within 3 months assumed full Acting Operations Manager responsibilities with a salary increase. Managed 14 direct reports across scaffolding teams and warehousing and built spreadsheet-based stock tracking and component requirement calculators.

Ran a self-employed creative design business end-to-end, delivering hundreds of projects including logos, corporate stationery, and websites through cold outreach and referrals over a decade. Built brand identities and websites for multi-company clients, and developed and licensed four original web browser games for international platforms.

Acquired and serviced hundreds of clients over a decade through cold outreach and word-of-mouth referrals. Managed full client lifecycle including prospecting, quoting, project delivery, and retention, delivering work for Spur Steak Ranches (sub-contracted) and a multi-company conglomerate in Namibia.

Designed and built a candidate database and supported company digital infrastructure including the company website and office network. Managed recruitment data entry and maintained organized candidate information to support ongoing hiring activities.
