I'm looking to create, improve, and govern clear technical documentation for enterprise technology and cybersecurity environments, partnering with technical SMEs to support accurate operations, secure access, compliance, and effective knowledge management.

I've authored, edited, and maintained enterprise IAM, security, audit, and operational documentation for Bayer/Climate, RGA, Express Scripts, and AT&T/SBC. My work translates complex access-management, cybersecurity, and Unix systems into clear SOPs, user guides, security procedures, and compliance-ready materials.

I bring more than 25 years of technical writing and editorial experience, combining structured documentation, SharePoint lifecycle management, SME collaboration, and hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, AIX, Linux, Solaris, and regulatory compliance.
