I am a cleared technical writer and editor with 11+ years supporting State Department IT cybersecurity contracts, focused on producing compliant, clear, and maintainable documentation. I lead small teams and coordinate with engineers and SMEs to deliver high-quality security artifacts.

My work centers on drafting, editing, and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Impact Analyses (SIAs), SOPs, and change-management documentation in line with NIST 800-53, RMF, and FISMA requirements. I developed an SIA template adopted across the State Department and streamlined the change-management process for SIAs.

I manage documentation workflows using SharePoint and Confluence, prepare government-facing weekly reports, and track metrics for hundreds of SIAs, NOCs, and PCCAs annually. I perform data analysis in Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and charts to identify process improvements and present findings to management and government customers.

I bring hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and established style and editorial standards (Chicago Manual of Style), and I hold an active Top Secret clearance.
