About Bayer

We are a global life science company with a more than 160-year history and core competencies in the areas of health care and agriculture. With our innovative products, we are contributing to finding solutions to some of the major challenges of our time. We’re committed to operating sustainably and addressing our social and ethical responsibilities as a corporate citizen, while at the same time respecting the interests of all our stakeholders. Our focus is on developing and successfully commercializing innovative products and solutions based on scientific knowledge to benefit people and improve their quality of life, while at the same time creating value through innovation, growth and high earning power.

Our operations are managed through three divisions: Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Crop Science. The Pharmaceuticals division focuses on prescription products, especially for cardiology and women’s healthcare, and on specialty therapeutics in the areas of oncology, hematology, and ophthalmology. The Consumer Health division markets mainly non-prescription (OTC) products in categories such as dermatology, nutritional supplements, analgesic, digestive health, cold, allergy, sinus and flu. Our Crop Science division is a world-leading agriculture enterprise with businesses in seeds, crop protection, and non-agricultural pest control. We are dedicated to advancing health and nutrition, and we believe in a world where 'Health for all, Hunger for none' is not just a dream, but a tangible possibility. We strive to make a real difference by leveraging energy, curiosity, and the diverse perspectives of our global team to redefine what's possible.
