I am a dedicated customer care executive with a proven track record in various roles within the customer service and sales sectors. My journey began in August 2018 with Flipkart, where I started as a customer care executive. My commitment and performance led to a promotion in September 2019, where I took on the role of a trainer for the BNPL and HULK processes. This experience honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of customer service dynamics.

After my tenure at Flipkart, I expanded my expertise by working with Piggyride as an Inside Sales Executive, focusing on business development. I further enhanced my sales skills at Tactopus and Kinderpass, where I was instrumental in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. Most recently, I contributed to Entri as a customer care executive, where I continued to leverage my communication skills and problem-solving abilities to support customers effectively.
