I'm looking to lead learning, facilitation, and operational improvement work that helps teams build stronger communication, capability, engagement, and workplace culture.

I’m a senior operations and learning leader with 10+ years of experience leading teams, improving processes, and building scalable programs in complex healthcare environments. At NYU Langone Health, I oversee multi-site operations supporting 120+ clinicians and trainees and approximately 60,000 patient encounters annually, while developing systems, workflows, onboarding programs, and team-development initiatives that improve performance and employee experience.

My work also extends into learning, facilitation, and leadership development. I teach and facilitate through organizations including The Second City and work with corporate clients using experiential learning to strengthen communication, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership.

I’m particularly interested in remote senior manager and director opportunities across Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Program Operations, and Healthcare Operations, where I can combine operational rigor, people leadership, facilitation, and continuous improvement to help organizations scale effectively.
