What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead learning operations and training programs where curriculum can be standardized, onboarding is strong, and impact is driven by evaluation data. I want to partner with educators or healthcare teams to translate evidence into continuous improvements.

I’m a Learning Operations Specialist and Training & Development leader with 10+ years supporting education and healthcare teams through hands-on professional learning. I’ve facilitated 100+ training sessions across in-person and online formats, multi-session series, and collaborative panels, with a focus on practical uptake and measurable impact.

I build training and evaluation systems end-to-end—designing assessment tools, coordinating data collection, and turning results into stronger interventions. In my roles, I’ve developed evaluation approaches for clinical and community programs, including coordination for a multi-year longitudinal study, and I’ve created training tools that help learners show aggregate 100–150% of expected growth.

I’m also known for curriculum standardization, onboarding, and operational alignment. I rebuilt scattered training materials into a single standardized curriculum package that’s still in use, and I’ve led orientation and supervision for interns, volunteers, and instructional staff. From co-creating compliance-focused supports like 504 plans and IEPs to optimizing Epic EHR registration forms, I bring learning operations rigor to real-world outcomes.
