I am an experienced program operations and workforce development leader with over 12 years of progressive experience in nonprofit management, education, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Throughout my career, I have focused on building effective programs, developing high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and creating opportunities that support individual and community advancement.

In my previous leadership roles, I managed government-funded programs and budgets exceeding $4.5 million, directly supervised staff, and provided leadership across teams of up to 32 professionals. My experience includes strategic planning, program development and implementation, budget management, grant writing, contract administration, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

One of my professional accomplishments was serving as the primary contributor to a successful Train & Earn grant proposal, collaborating with a grant team to secure funding for workforce programming. I also helped coordinate healthcare career pathways, including a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training initiative delivered through an external training partner. Additionally, I previously oversaw approximately $2.7 million in adult education and workforce programs across nine Queens Public Library locations.

Alongside my administrative leadership experience, I am an instructor with the CUNY School of Professional Studies, where I support college and career readiness, student development, and educational success.

I am particularly interested in remote leadership opportunities in program operations, workforce development, education and training, organizational strategy, nonprofit management, and strategic partnerships. I am also open to opportunities in healthcare, technology-enabled services, and mission-driven organizations where my transferable leadership and operational skills can make a meaningful impact.

I thrive in collaborative, forward-thinking environments that value innovation, accountability, professional growth, and measurable results. My goal is to contribute to an organization where I can strengthen operations, lead impactful initiatives, and support sustainable growth.
