What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead coaching and learning programs that build capability and drive real outcomes — whether that's skill growth, engagement, or retention. I want to partner with HR and business leaders to design measurable, human-centered learning experiences that meet people where they are and move the business forward.

I’m a Leadership Coach and Learning & Development Strategist who helps individuals and teams grow through change. I design high-impact learning across in-person, virtual, and AI-enhanced formats that build confidence and drive real behavior change.

In my coaching and program leadership, I built and scaled coaching capabilities, including strengths-based approaches for people leaders. I’ve managed a $1M learning and coaching budget, optimized vendor partnerships, and led contract negotiations to keep programs effective and sustainable.

I focus on measurable outcomes—leading global onboarding and leadership initiatives, delivering assessment debriefs (Hogan, 360, StandOut, DiSC, Insights), and launching programs that improved retention, including a leadership onboarding initiative that cut turnover by 50%. I’m energized by aligning learning strategy with HR and business priorities while using modern tools and evidence-based assessment to strengthen leadership performance.
