At Quest Diagnostics, I led learning and development, onboarding, continuous education, performance coaching, and quality reinforcement for a large healthcare service organization.

I built a structured digital training program that reduced standard training time from eight weeks to five while increasing average QA scores from approximately 85% to 92%+. I designed and delivered onboarding and continuous-learning programs for approximately 50–60 employees annually.

I’ve supervised 65+ employees and supported hiring, internal promotions, performance reviews, corrective action, scheduling, and compensation-review decisions. I use learner proficiency, assessment results, training adoption, continuing-education performance, and operational KPIs to identify gaps and improve learning effectiveness.

I enjoy turning operational requirements and workflow changes into practical training, job aids, quick-reference tools, and resources that help teams deliver consistent service in regulated healthcare environments.
