What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own client success end-to-end—answering, resolving, and retaining customers with strong CRM usage, clear documentation, and proactive follow-up in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

I bring over 7 years of customer support and client success experience, helping resolve enquiries, build long-term relationships, and support business growth in remote and fast-paced environments. I’m known for empathy, active listening, and consistently meeting performance goals.

In my most recent role as a Senior Sales Representative, I assisted more than 6,200 customers through phone, email, and digital communication. I maintained accurate account records, documented interactions, followed up on customer requests, and escalated complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

I also bring strong CRM and account management skills, working with HubSpot CRM, Zoho, and Salesforce, while supporting billing and account needs.
