What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow strategic B2B SaaS accounts by building executive relationships, improving retention, and identifying revenue expansion opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.

At Construct IN, I manage a strategic portfolio of 60 B2B SaaS customers, including more than 20 enterprise accounts representing approximately 25% of company MRR. I've generated over R$500K in upsell revenue while maintaining annual churn below 5%.

I build trusted C-level relationships, lead renewals and complex commercial discussions, and use customer health, adoption data, QBRs, and account plans to uncover growth opportunities. I work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to solve customer challenges and create long-term value.

Previously, I led a six-person sales team at RSDATA and delivered more than 500 consultative B2B SaaS product demonstrations. My background also includes technical customer support and co-managing a family business with approximately R$350K in monthly revenue.
