I’m a senior operations leader with 12+ years of progressive experience as a people leader and senior IC, focused on end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder program management.

I’ve built scalable operational infrastructure in high-growth environments, translating executive priorities into structured execution plans with clear owners and measurable outcomes. I drive cross-functional alignment across globally distributed teams and standardize workflows to improve execution consistency and reduce friction.

In my current role, I’ve helped scale operations supporting growth from 250 ATMs to 10,000+, building 0→1 workflows, executive reporting frameworks, and KPI dashboards for data-driven decision making. I manage vendor and partner performance, SLAs, and monthly business reviews using data analytics, incident management, escalation paths, and measurable improvement tracking.

Previously, as a Manager, Operations, ATM & Cash Logistics, I oversaw workforce planning and cash logistics for 2,400 monthly services and 700 ATMs, leading workflow standardization, process improvement, and route optimization across a large distributed workforce. I also led claims investigations using forensic analysis to uncover control failures and prevent losses.
