I’m a strategic operations leader and Quality Driven Management (QDM) practitioner with a B.S. in Information Technology Management and 15+ years of experience delivering operational excellence and customer success. I’m known for translating complex technology work into measurable business outcomes—especially through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
In my current role as a Sr. Specialist, Network 2.0 Operations Service and Support, I serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert for Network 2.0 tools. I advise facility leadership on operational efficiency, drive technology implementation readiness, and provide executive support through data-backed analysis to ensure systems meet business objectives and transition effectiveness is maximized.
Previously, I revitalized station CSQI and Customer Impact Scorecard metrics while applying QDM principles to ensure 100% compliance. I also engineered a bottom-ranked manual station turnaround into a national leader, achieving top-tier rankings through strategic material handling and data-driven corrective actions—building custom data-analysis tools using EDP and Excel to pinpoint deficiencies.
Earlier, as an Area Manager / Operations Manager, I led teams through facility construction and pandemic-related volume surges, while overhauling safety culture and improving operational performance to reach a #1 national ranking large preload for three consecutive weeks. I also bring project and vendor management experience from my time as a Project Manager, including YoY profit margin growth across an 8-year tenure.
