I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise transformations—partnering with executives, building governance and KPIs, and driving process re-engineering and change management that measurably improves efficiency, scalability, and performance.

I’m a Business Operations & Transformation leader with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives that optimize processes and align technology with strategic objectives. I translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and translate complexity into clear plans executives can act on.

In my current role as a Senior Business Operations Manager / Business Systems Lead, I partner with executive leadership to define priorities, investment strategies, and governance frameworks. I lead multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional teams while establishing KPIs, reporting structures, and risk visibility to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

I’ve driven process re-engineering that reduces redundancies and accelerates delivery through optimized workflows. I also own organizational readiness and change management, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration between business and IT.

Earlier, I supported business systems and process improvement through requirements definition, Agile delivery cycles, testing/validation, and post-implementation reviews. I began my career strengthening quality assurance and compliance—improving workflow effectiveness, reducing rework, and increasing system accuracy through disciplined testing and continuous improvement.
