What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in account management or field sales roles where I can run full-cycle customer engagement, strengthen retention, and use CRM-driven sales processes to support measurable revenue growth.

I’m a sales and customer engagement professional with experience across logistics and supply chain environments, retail sales operations, and customer relationship management. I focus on executing structured sales processes that support revenue growth while keeping customer satisfaction at the center.

In my roles, I manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to client onboarding—through field sales execution, retail sales engagement, and account coordination. I support business development by cultivating customer relationships, promoting products, and coordinating service delivery.

Technically, I’ve demonstrated familiarity with CCTV installation technologies, including analog cameras, digital IP cameras, PTZ cameras, DVR, NVR systems, and LAN/WAN based configuration environments.
