I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve complaints, and document cases in a CRM—using my problem-solving and empathy to drive consistently high customer satisfaction and team performance.

I’m a customer service professional who delivers calm, accurate support under pressure. I’m confident handling complex member/customer needs through strong call management, empathetic communication, and fast, correct resolution.

In my remote customer service work, I assisted with roadside assistance requests, travel planning, and account inquiries. I maintained high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, documenting interactions in internal CRM and communication tools, and coordinating with field technicians when needed.
