I’m looking for a patient-centered role where I can combine medical assisting with healthcare customer service—using quality, speed, and process optimization to maintain confidentiality, improve workflows, and contribute to measurable client satisfaction.

I’m a healthcare and customer service professional with extensive experience supporting patients, physicians, and clients. I specialize in quality, speed, and process optimization, bringing an outgoing, positive demeanor and strong rapport-building skills to every interaction.

In my current Medical Assistant role at Concentra Medical Center, I assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures, manage patient intake by verifying histories and scheduling appointments, and administer medications and vaccinations as directed. I also collect samples for lab testing and conduct EKGs, spirometry testing, audiograms, and other diagnostic tests while maintaining organized inventory logs.

Before that, I worked in healthcare customer service and sales, including outbound calls that demonstrated professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality and policies. I’ve also exceeded sales quotas, delivered deadline-driven targets, and updated internal databases with accurate documentation—so I’m confident balancing empathy with results in fast-paced environments.
