I am a motivated IT professional with a strong background in customer service, currently working as a Customer Service Officer at CCI Kenya. My role involves efficiently handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing clear product and service information. I pride myself on maintaining accurate records and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. My technical skills allow me to assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues, contributing to a positive customer experience.
