I’m a Customer Service Representative with 2 years of experience delivering customer support in a fast-paced call centre environment. I provide support through phone, email, and chat, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

In my current role at Call Centre International (CCI), Nairobi, I resolve inquiries and complaints, escalate complex issues appropriately, and update customer records in CRM systems. I also process customer requests accurately while maintaining strong quality and productivity.

I’m skilled in CRM systems, complaint resolution, data entry, Microsoft Office, and clear communication. I take pride in problem solving, time management, teamwork, and Quality Assurance—so I can consistently meet KPIs and SLA compliance expectations.
