I’m a Senior Account Manager and Strategic Client Success leader with 20+ years of client-facing experience, building long-term relationships while driving revenue growth. I support a promotional products business generating $1.5M–$2M annually, and I’m one of only two full-time operational employees delivering end-to-end client success.

At The Waldorf Co., I manage 40–50 active client accounts from consultation through fulfillment, owning $100K+ promotional projects across sourcing, quoting, supplier negotiations, production, logistics, invoicing, and delivery. I also source products globally and resolve production, artwork, and shipping challenges—then grow business through consultative selling in partnership with outside sales reps.

Before that, I led promotional product accounts at ROBYN Printing & Promotions (20–30 active clients), improving repeat business through exceptional service and strategic recommendations. My background also includes customer service and multiple admissions/enrollment roles, and I hold CAS & TAS certifications (PPAI) along with hands-on experience using Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft 365.
