I’m looking for an L&D role where I can design coaching-led training, use data-informed evaluation to improve outcomes, and partner with people leaders to build equitable, measurable performance change through real-time facilitation.

I’m a Learning & Development Facilitator and Instructional Coach with over 10 years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programmes across diverse organisational settings. I bring instructional expertise, behavioural science, and facilitation craft to make learning shift performance—not just fill a room.

I’m known for creating learning environments where participants with different backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities can engage and succeed. I read group dynamics in real time, adjust pacing and strategies on the spot, and use participant feedback, engagement signals, and assessment data to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Highlights include designing and facilitating ongoing professional development programmes, coaching staff through structured feedback cycles and tailored development planning, and leading a cross-functional People & Culture committee that reduced escalations by over 50% through a behaviour change programme.
