@brianmcdavitt
I design organization-wide learning experiences that strengthen teaching, technology, and performance.
What I'm looking for
At Kansas City Academy, I lead organization-wide professional learning aligned with strategic priorities. I create workshops on instructional practice, SEL, technology integration, and inclusive learning.
I partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement learning solutions, while building resources, documentation, and internal communications. I use participant feedback, data, and AI tools to improve training and streamline content creation.
Previously, at Hickman Mills C-1 School District, I designed district professional development, coached teachers, and created blended learning experiences. I trained staff on Google Classroom and Zoom and led workshops in STEAM, project-based learning, inquiry learning, film production, and Makerspaces.
My foundation as a teacher at Pleasant Hill School District includes standards-aligned curriculum, learning-data analysis, and student-centered instruction. I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting adult learners, students, faculty, administrators, families, and stakeholders.
