What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles where I can design strategic L&D programs, manage teams and budgets, apply data-driven evaluation, and scale inclusive learning solutions.

I am a dedicated, results-driven learning and development leader with extensive experience designing and managing training programs across higher education and international K–12 contexts.

I define strategy, lead teams, and consult with executives to align learning solutions with organizational goals, managing budgets and analytics to measure impact.

My work includes designing asynchronous and synchronous learning, administering LMS platforms, and integrating tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Salesforce clouds to improve engagement and performance.

I have led international programs, supervised staff and volunteers, managed large grants and budgets, and driven DEI&B and leadership development initiatives to elevate organizational capacity.
