What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead mission-driven learning design where relationships and learning are central—building training and program systems end-to-end, coaching teams, and turning educator or partner needs into clear, usable experiences.

I’m a learning design and program strategy leader with 20+ years of experience across K–12 education, professional learning, event, and ministry contexts. I move ideas from concept to implementation by designing instructional content, building operational systems, and equipping teams and communities to learn and apply what matters.

In my role as a Professional Learning Design Lead at MIND Education, I led instructional design and maintenance of 20+ professional learning workshops, including implementation guides, facilitator resources, and multimedia assets for PK–8 educators and administrators. I use needs analysis and adult learning theory to design experiences that strengthen educator implementation and long-term adoption.

I’ve also built scalable program operations—establishing a standardized content development workflow in Monday.com and creating a resource request intake system with automated status updates. I developed a train-the-trainer institute from concept through stakeholder approval, including research, proposal writing, timeline building, and cross-team alignment.

Earlier, I served as a Professional Learning Specialist coordinating 500+ professional development sessions across the U.S. and Canada, and I partnered with cross-functional teams to translate educator needs into program enhancements. Before that, I worked in curriculum coordination and educator roles—authoring curriculum maps, facilitating interdisciplinary project-based learning units, and supporting campus educators through coaching and professional development.
