What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead agile learning and curriculum initiatives in corporate enablement, designing evidence-based asynchronous training, aligning assessments to outcomes, and ensuring equity through inclusive pedagogy and UDL.

I’m a performance-driven Learning & Development Manager and Curriculum Specialist with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. I combine adult learning theory with proven ability to design, implement, and audit large-scale, asynchronous training programs that consistently improve outcomes.

I bring deep expertise in curriculum development and instructional design, grounded in frameworks like ADDIE and SAM and strengthened by standards-aligned mapping across Common Core, Honors & State Standards, and PK-12/HigherEd. I focus on Inclusive Pedagogy and Universal Design for Learning to ensure training serves diverse learners with equity and clarity.

In recent roles, I’ve developed and implemented training programs for Sales and Customer Service teams and conducted research to enhance product-knowledge training. As an Executive Director of Teaching & Learning, I implemented systemic structures for curriculum creation and professional development, supporting national release work across 70+ districts and 50k+ students.

I also lead through collaboration—partnering with stakeholders, coaching teams, and managing asynchronous curriculum groups across the U.S. My goal is to bring agile, corporate enablement-ready learning design to organizations that value measurable impact, continuous improvement, and inclusive learning environments.
