I've managed daily operations for a 60-room Residency Hotels Leophine property, supervising 42 employees across departments. I coordinated scheduling, reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, operational reporting, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

I improved operational monitoring to reduce electricity and diesel costs while maintaining strong guest satisfaction and few escalated complaints.
