I'm looking for an operations, customer support, customer success, administration, or HR role where I can improve service delivery, coordinate teams and processes, resolve customer issues, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations.

At Cletano Hotel, I manage daily operations across a 40-room property, coordinating Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.

I support approximately 10,000 guest interactions and 1,000 bookings each month, resolving concerns, coordinating requests, and maintaining reliable service delivery.

I supervise a 30-member workforce while monitoring resources, operational records, service gaps, expenses, and compliance with health, safety, security, and operational procedures.

Previously at Bophill Hotel, I served as a primary guest contact, managing reservations, enquiries, scheduling, records, complaints, and cross-departmental follow-up. My background also includes Human Resource Management, recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
