What I'm looking for
I’m a ServiceNow professional with 13 years of experience developing and managing enterprise workflow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, and CMDB. I build scalable ServiceNow capabilities through ServiceNow development, FlowDesigner, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom application development using JavaScript and GlideAPI.
I lead large-scale implementations focused on automation, cloud integrations, performance optimization, security/compliance, and DevOps practices. Before that, I worked as a ServiceNow Consultant at IBM (02/2015–03/2018) and ServiceNow Developer at Cognizant (06/2012–01/2015), enhancing Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Asset Management, improving CMDB data quality, and delivering REST/SOAP automation.
