What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow platform programs—designing scalable ITSM/ITOM automation, secure cloud integrations (AWS/Azure), and high-quality CMDB data—within agile teams where I can mentor developers and drive operational improvements.

I’m a ServiceNow professional with 13 years of experience developing and managing enterprise workflow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, and CMDB. I build scalable ServiceNow capabilities through ServiceNow development, FlowDesigner, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom application development using JavaScript and GlideAPI.

I lead large-scale implementations focused on automation, cloud integrations, performance optimization, security/compliance, and DevOps practices. I bring strong experience in agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades to ensure solutions stay aligned with business requirements.

In my current role as Senior ServiceNow Architect at Accenture (01/2022–Present), I develop scalable workflows, custom applications, and integrations across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/GRC/SecOps. I also manage CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives to improve infrastructure visibility and operational processes, while supporting upgrades, security compliance, DevOps integration, and AWS/Azure-based ServiceNow solutions.

Earlier, as a ServiceNow Technical Lead at Deloitte (04/2018–12/2021), I implemented and customized ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and GRC modules, built automated workflows and service catalog solutions, and delivered integrations (including LDAP/SSO and third-party systems). Before that, I worked as a ServiceNow Consultant at IBM (02/2015–03/2018) and ServiceNow Developer at Cognizant (06/2012–01/2015), enhancing Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Asset Management, improving CMDB data quality, and delivering REST/SOAP automation.
