I’m a Lead/Principal ServiceNow Architect with 13+ years driving large-scale ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB transformations for global enterprises.
I architect end-to-end ServiceNow platforms using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal—combining Glide scripting with strong design and governance to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
I’m experienced in building secure, high-throughput integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, SAML, JDBC, webhooks, and event-driven architectures to unify data across IT and business systems.
