I’m looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture—owning platform strategy, governance, integrations, and security/compliance—while mentoring teams to deliver scalable ITSM/ITOM/CMDB solutions that align tightly with business objectives.

I’m a Senior ServiceNow professional with 13+ years of overall IT experience and hands-on expertise across the full ServiceNow ecosystem. I deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Administrator, Business Analyst, and Platform Engineer—built for enterprise environments and real operational outcomes.

I translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures, then bring them to life through complex workflows, integrations, and automation. My core strengths span ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, and CMDB—along with platform governance, performance optimization, security, and compliance.

In my current role, I lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and SPM. I define platform strategy, governance models, and upgrade roadmaps, and I oversee integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and MID Servers, while acting as the technical authority for security and best practices.

Previously, I designed and built custom ServiceNow applications, developed Flow Designer workflows, and implemented Script Includes, Business Rules, client logic, UI Actions, and scripted REST APIs. I also handle administration and business alignment—managing users/roles/ACLs, CMDB data quality and reconciliation, UAT, stakeholder demos, training, and change management—so teams can adopt solutions confidently. I hold ServiceNow certifications including CAD, CSA, CIS, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
