In my recent work as a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect, I design enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and lead integration strategies between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (including HR, monitoring, and ticketing tools). I also implement security frameworks, role-based access controls, and governance standards to strengthen platform reliability and compliance.
