I’m a ServiceNow Solution Architect with 11+ years of IT experience and 9+ years of deep ServiceNow platform expertise, delivering enterprise-grade solutions for small, mid-size, and fast-growing organizations. I focus on architecture design, CMDB/CSDM governance, integrations, and large-scale implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Since Jan 2022, I’ve architected end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for clients (1k–50k users). I design multi-instance architecture (Dev/Test/Prod) with CI/CD pipelines, lead CMDB & CSDM implementation programs to achieve CMDB health scores above 95%, and define integration strategies using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Servers.

From Mar 2019 to Dec 2021, I served as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Technical Lead, building and deploying custom scoped applications and implementing ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping. I integrated ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, Jira, and monitoring tools, mentored junior developers and admins, and delivered reusable frameworks that cut development time by 30% while improving CMDB data accuracy from 65% to 93%.

Earlier, as a ServiceNow Developer (Jun 2016–Feb 2019), I developed ITSM modules and Service Catalogs and built workflows using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. I also supported upgrades and platform maintenance, and in enterprise projects like ITSM transformation and CSDM governance, I automate workflows and approvals (Flow Designer) while strengthening compliance and completeness through CSDM 4.x ownership and lifecycle design.
