At Stellar Development Foundation, I designed a market-entry strategy for its soft landing in Argentina and connected 34 universities with five financial institutions. I reported directly to Foundation leadership with structured recommendations and KPIs.
At Stable Coin at LATAM, I designed and executed a go-to-market strategy and operational structure from zero, and built six signed partnerships across Latin America. Earlier, I co-founded Hedonix Bio. and developed its commercial traction, closing five commercial LOIs across four countries; I also led national data strategy at Argentina’s National Agro Ministry, where I scaled a team of 85 analysts and deployed more than 60 QlikView dashboards.
