At ExxonMobil, I currently serve as a Market Development Advisor, leading consolidation and execution of the Canada Retail Annual Sales Plan through volume forecasting, network growth strategies, and budget planning. I conduct data-driven analysis on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, while building dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, sales performance, and key KPIs.

Previously, I owned the U.S. Gift Card program strategy end-to-end, including partner management, campaign planning, and performance tracking for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
