What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support/System Administration role where I can handle help desk troubleshooting, manage Active Directory and GPO, improve network configuration reliability, and keep growing through hands-on security-focused work.

I’m an IT Support Specialist and Junior System Administrator with a strong foundation from Accra Technical University, strengthened through my IT support background and National service. I focus on responsive support, clear communication, and effective customer interaction to resolve issues fast.

I bring hands-on experience in system administration, technical support, and network configuration. I can set up and manage Active Directory environments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement security policies, including configuring Group Policy (GPO) to restrict system access.

Across my roles, I’ve supported daily operations by installing and maintaining computers and IT peripherals, handling first-level support, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. I’m eager to keep building my expertise in IT support and system administration while delivering dependable, high-quality service.
