What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative IT support role offering hands-on system and network administration, opportunities to solve technical problems, and career growth toward network certifications.

I am a dedicated IT technician with hands-on experience in system administration, desktop support, and networking, combining technical know-how with strong customer service abilities.

Over several roles — including freelance IT technician and national service at a senior high school — I configured and maintained PCs, networks, conferencing systems, and mobile devices, and participated in IT projects and workshops.

In customer-facing positions I managed high volumes of calls, handled complaints to resolution, maintained accurate inventory records, and recommended improvements based on user needs and data analysis.
