For ~7 years I've been the startup-native operator leadership hands its hardest, least-defined problems to. Give me an ambiguous mandate and I own the outcome end-to-end, turning leadership intent into shipped results across strategy, operations, marketing, sales, content, delivery, and tech.

I’ve built an edtech vertical from $0 to a ~$7M+ annual run-rate (₹5 Cr/mo) and led three brand launches end-to-end through the years leading up to the company’s 2024 IPO. I make scale-or-kill calls on ad spend, reposition messaging, and rewrite performance-critical assets independently to protect results—backed by budget ownership (a ~$29K/month budget) and tight ROAS focus.

I’m also deeply execution-oriented: I run operating cadence and KPI tracking, drive cross-functional alignment as a single point of coordination, and make senior hiring decisions (Operations Head, Support Head, Chief Product Officer). I’ve scaled performance marketing and CRO with low- to high-ticket funnels (tripwire and Book-a-Call), deployed AI calling to reactivate dormant leads (~50% reactivation), and helped create profitable funnel systems that held growth across dozens of verticals.
