Build 0→1 — funnels (strategy, content, offer, data analysis, optimising, scaling, meta and goole ads optimising), brands, systems, from nothing to live. I helped scale an edtech vertical to a ₹3.5–5 Cr/month run-rate and launched three brands end-to-end, one as Chief Knowledge Officer.
• Own the numbers — funnels across every type, tripwire, masterclass, and application at 5–7x ROAS (25x peak on a NALSAR partnership funnel); for IIT partnership courses.
• Optimising Ad campaigns
• Community Building and engagement - from marketing to content. Be it strategising the offer, finalising LP and Ads to keep CAC low to webinar scripts.
