What I'm looking for
Twenty years across GCC, APAC, and DACH markets have taught me one thing consistently. Most revenue problems are not technology problems. They are alignment problems. Sales not talking to marketing. Marketing not trusting the CRM data. Customer success operating in a silo. The technology is usually fine. What is missing is the connective tissue between the functions. That connective tissue is what I build.
I have led enterprise CRM transformations across 60+ countries, implemented Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot for teams ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprises, and built revenue operations functions from scratch in markets as different as Dubai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Zurich.
Right now I am consulting across the GCC, running engagements that span CRM implementation, business transformation, digital demand generation, and market entry advisory. I work with a small number of clients at any one time. Each one gets the full weight of my attention.
