I built and ran Aaron Wallace Grooming from 2017 to 2026, owning planning, customer communications, supplier coordination, marketing and daily delivery.

I created repeatable Google Sheets tracking and reporting processes to improve visibility and support decisions. I also used AI tools and automation to streamline research, content development, administration and other repeatable workflows.

Before that, I operated Shear & Shine Barbershop, where I established customer-service standards, marketing routines and day-to-day operating processes. I coordinated three additional barbers across scheduling, service delivery and operational issues.

My earlier work at The Prince's Trust and 6thVision Agency strengthened my stakeholder, client and outreach coordination skills. I'm comfortable working independently, documenting processes, solving ambiguous problems and moving work from idea to execution.
