I'm looking for a fully remote Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Project Coordination or Sales role where I can apply my ownership, reliability, client communication and problem-solving skills.

I've run a self-employed tiling business for more than 10 years, managing hundreds of client projects from first enquiry through delivery and after-care.

I've built sustained year-round bookings primarily through repeat custom and referrals by communicating proactively, meeting deadlines and resolving issues before they affect client relationships. As the sole point of contact, I've effectively handled customer success, account management and project coordination simultaneously.

I've managed quotations, pricing negotiations, invoicing, budgets, supplier coordination and scheduling independently while balancing profitability with competitive service.

I'm now bringing this ownership, organisation and client-focused approach to a fully remote Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Project Coordination or Sales role.
