What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer service, administration, operations or support role where I can use my transferable skills, learn new systems and develop professionally.

I have run Skinner Barber Shack since 2020, managing bookings, customer enquiries, scheduling, payments, stock and daily business operations.

I build strong customer relationships through clear communication, attention to individual needs and reliable service. I independently organise appointments, balance competing priorities and solve day-to-day problems.

Alongside this, I have worked part-time at Executive Carriage since 2009, answering telephone enquiries, taking bookings, allocating work and supporting administration and daily operations.

Previously, at Old London Barbershop, I managed appointments, stock checks, payroll, rotas and cash and card payments. I’m now looking to bring my customer service, administration and operations experience to a remote support role while learning new systems and developing professionally.
