I've improved day-to-day operations at TutorKami.com, supporting marketing, finance administration, customer operations and tutor coordination across a four-person team.

I managed processes for approximately 2,000 registered tutors, around 270 clients per month and approximately 338 tutoring jobs per month. I gathered requirements, worked with developers through UAT and release support, and documented processes to improve turnaround times.

I've implemented onboarding checks, chatbot support handling around 50% of enquiries, and automated job distribution to WhatsApp groups. My work focuses on translating operational pain points into reliable, documented workflows with strong data checking and stakeholder coordination.

More recently, I've built practical LLM workflows and automation projects using Make.com, n8n, APIs, Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Drive. One support-ticket workflow classifies and routes emails, logs structured records, drafts responses with an LLM API, and uses human escalation and fallback logic for non-standard cases.
