🚀 What’s the opportunity?
👷♀️ What you’ll work on:
- You will know the customer inside and out and develop and execute strategic messaging, positioning, and campaigns for our target personas, markets, and products
- Be the expert on the competitive landscape and market
- Own thought-leadership content strategy and development across the entire customer journey including digital assets (ex. website), sales-related collateral, and marketing campaign materials
- Bring new products to market effectively and build momentum around existing product offerings
- Partner closely with Revenue Enablement team on trainings and materials for GTM teams
- Manage co-marketing opportunities with Partners
- Partner cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure and share actionable insights to improve metrics like awareness, pipeline, product attach rate, adoption, and customer retention
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships
💡 What we’re looking for:
- At least 8 years of experience in PMM at a B2B SaaS company
- Expert in messaging and positioning for Mid Market and Enterprise organizations, with a proven track record of crafting a compelling story/narrative with a unique Point of View
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform across different buyers and segments
- Proven track record of B2B content strategy development and execution
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Launching new products and multi-channel campaigns is a key initiative for our business. You’ll rely on exceptional project management skills to design and implement these types of programs
- High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias towards action
- Intermediate experience with Hubspot and Salesforce
- Experience working in a high-growth/fast-paced environment
- Experience selling in HR Tech a plus
